Rental Cancellation Policy

Regular Reservations (Excluding Family House):

  • Cancellation Fee: Equivalent to one night (non-refundable)
  • Refunds: No refunds on any deposits paid after 2pm, 14 days prior to arrival
  • Change of Dates: A $50 fee per change. No changes allowed after 2pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Shortened Stays: No refunds.


Holidays / Special Events:

Special Dates include any stay that includes any of the following nights: 5/22/26-5/24/26, 7/4/26-7/6/26, 9/4/26- 9/7/26,  9/25/26- 9/27/26, 10/02/26- 10/4/26, 10/09/26 - 10/11/26, 10/16/26 - 10/18/26

Cancellation Fee: Equivalent to one night (non-refundable).

  • Change of Dates: A $50 fee per change. No changes allowed after 2pm, 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Shortened Stays: No refunds.


Family House (All Seasons):

  • Cancellation Fee: Equivalent to one night (non-refundable).
  • Refunds: No refunds on any deposits paid after 2pm, 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Change of Dates: $100. No changes allowed after 2pm, 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Shortened Stays: No refunds.


Campsite Cancellation Policy

Special Dates & 7 Nights:

 Special Dates include any stay that includes any of the following nights: 5/22/26-5/24/26, 7/4/26-7/6/26, 9/4/26- 9/7/26,  9/25/26- 9/27/26, 10/02/26- 10/4/26, 10/09/26 - 10/11/26, 10/16/26 - 10/18/26

  • Stays 1 to 6 nights: A 20% cancellation fee will apply. No refunds on any deposits paid after 2pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Stays 7 nights or more: A 20% cancellation fee. No refund after 2pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Change of Dates: A $20 fee per change. No changes allowed after 2pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Shortened Stays: No refunds for shortened stays.


Regular Reservation of less than a week:

  • Cancellation Fee: A 20% cancellation fee. No refund after 2pm, 7 days prior to arrival.
  • Change of Dates: A $20 fee per change. No changes allowed after 2pm, 7 days prior to arrival.
  • Shortened Stays: No refunds for shortened stays.


Other Policies

Pet Policy

  • Your well-behaved pet is invited and welcome at our park!
  • Pets are permitted in the Flint Ridge 2, Dawes, Heisey, Earthworks A, Riverview 1, Hot Rod Hut, Lobdell and Park Model.
  • There is an additional charge for pets in cabins.
  • No pets are allowed in any other buildings or cabins.
  • Pets must be leashed, picked up after and not left unattended.
  • Pets must not disturb their neighbors.
