Rental Cancellation Policy

Regular Reservations (Excluding Family House):

  • Cancellation Fee: Equivalent to one night (non-refundable)
  • Refunds: No refunds on any deposits paid after 2pm, 14 days prior to arrival
  • Change of Dates: A $50 fee per change. No changes allowed after 2pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Shortened Stays: No refunds.


Holidays / Special Events:

Special Dates include any stay that includes any of the following nights: 5/23/25-5/25/25, 7/4/25-7/7/25, 8/8/25-8/10/25, 8/29/25- 8/31/25,  9/19/25- 9/21/25,  9/26/25- 9/28/25,  10/03/25- 10/5/25, 10/10/25 - 10/12/25, 10/17/25 - 10/19/25

Cancellation Fee: Equivalent to one night (non-refundable).

  • Change of Dates: A $50 fee per change. No changes allowed after 2pm, 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Shortened Stays: No refunds.


Family House (All Seasons):

  • Cancellation Fee: Equivalent to one night (non-refundable).
  • Refunds: No refunds on any deposits paid after 2pm, 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Change of Dates: $100. No changes allowed after 2pm, 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Shortened Stays: No refunds.


Campsite Cancellation Policy

Special Dates & 7 Nights:

Special Dates include any stay that includes any of the following nights: 5/23/25-5/25/25, 7/4/25-7/7/25, 8/8/25-8/10/25, 8/29/25- 8/31/25,  9/19/25- 9/21/25,  9/26/25- 9/28/25,  10/03/25- 10/5/25, 10/10/25 - 10/12/25, 10/17/25 - 10/19/25

  • Stays 1 to 6 nights: A $50 cancellation fee will apply. No refunds on any deposits paid after 2pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Stays 7 nights or more: A $100 cancellation fee. No refund after 2pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Change of Dates: A $20 fee per change. No changes allowed after 2pn, 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Shortened Stays: A $40 fee per night. Cannot shorten to less than minimum night stay.


Regular Reservation of less than a week:

  • Cancellation Fee: A $50 cancellation fee. No refund after 2pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
  • Change of Dates: A $20 fee per change. No changes allowed after 2pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
  • Shortened Stays: A $30 fee per night. Cannot shorten to less than minimum night stay.


Other Policies

Pet Policy

  • Your well-behaved pet is invited and welcome at our park!
  • Pets are permitted in the Flint Ridge 2, Dawes, Heisey, Earthworks A, Riverview 1, Hot Rod Hut, Lobdell and Park Model.
  • There is an additional charge for pets in cabins.
  • No pets are allowed in any other buildings or cabins.
  • Pets must be leashed, picked up after and not left unattended.
  • Pets must not disturb their neighbors.
